Top gaming influencer marketing agencies in 2027

This is Wehype's own list, so we put ourselves first. The twelve agencies after us are teams we respect, described from their own websites. Below the list you'll find the best picks for Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and mobile, what our own campaign data says to expect, and the questions we'd want any of us to answer before you sign.

  • Services, channels and game work are published on its own site, with games named
  • Runs creator campaigns on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok or short form video
  • Explains how it picks creators and what it reports
  • A clear answer to who the agency suits best

Best picks by platform

Some agencies are strongest on one channel. Here’s who we’d look at first for each, and what our own campaign data says to expect there.

Twitch

Twitch rewards a good match more than any other channel. Viewers watch for hours and decide in chat, in real time, whether your game looks fun. Look at Wehype for campaigns inside the Twitch Sponsorship Dashboard and launch Boosts, The Goat Agency for sponsored streams with paid media on top, Cloutboost for managed campaigns with a daily portal, Famesters for a full service team with fraud checks, and Lurkit for creator programs and paid quests.

Ask whether the campaign can run inside the Twitch Sponsorship Dashboard. That decides how far down the long tail you can reach: outreach by email stops at a shortlist, while offers inside the dashboard let small streamers who match your targeting opt in themselves. Our Twitch guide explains why that changes who you can reach.

From our data: the median sponsored Twitch stream drew 9% more viewers than we expected when we booked the streamer, and streams with 4 to 8 hours of play held their audience best.

YouTube

YouTube is where players go to decide. They search the game’s name, watch a review or a first look, and come back to the same videos weeks later. Look at Wehype for YouTube next to Twitch around launches and expansions, Cloutboost for dedicated videos and short integrations with a client portal, Zorka.Agency for channels outside the usual gaming roster, GameInfluencer for mobile games in Germany, the UK and beyond, and The Goat Agency for long videos and Shorts with paid media.

Ask which format fits your goal. From our data: integrations, a segment inside a creator’s normal video, got 311% more views per subscriber than dedicated videos, while dedicated videos got 206% more clicks per thousand views. An agency that suggests one format for everything hasn’t looked at your game. More in our YouTube guide.

TikTok

TikTok moves faster than any other channel. A creator posts, the algorithm decides in hours whether it travels, and the comments tell you right away if players get the hook. Look at Wehype for TikTok as part of a launch or live ops plan, Socially Powerful for challenges built around a game moment, House of Marketers for TikTok creators and TikTok ads run together, GameInfluencer for UGC tested as Spark Ads, and Zorka.Agency for posts recut into paid UA.

Ask how each creator is tracked and who owns the usage rights when a post runs as a Spark Ad. And judge the campaign as a whole. From our data: in a typical short form campaign, the single best post delivered 29% of all views, so the average post says little about the next one. Our TikTok guide covers how we run it.

Mobile games

A console game has one big launch. A mobile game has a calendar: events, seasons, collabs and an update every few weeks. Look at Wehype (Wehype Mobile) for creators around every event, with Twitch in the mix, Zorka.Agency and TheoryCraft Marketing for creators tied to paid user acquisition, Famesters for reporting on CPM, CTR and CPI, and GameInfluencer for performance pricing.

Ask how every creator’s installs and spend are tracked, and for an example built around an update or event. Ours include the Town Hall 16 update in Clash of Clans and Monopoly GO! around Lunar New Year and Golden Week. From our data: on Twitch, mobile games drew a median 13% below the streamer’s expected audience, so pick streamers who already play mobile titles and add a QR code on stream. Our mobile games page goes deeper.

What to expect from any agency

Ask every agency for the same numbers from its own campaigns, and compare like for like. Here are ours.

  • Performance against expectations. On Twitch, the median sponsored stream drew 9% more viewers than we expected at booking and 70% of streamers delivered more viewer minutes than estimated. On YouTube, the median sponsored video got 15% more views than expected; 25% doubled it.
  • The creator mix. Big channels bring most of the reach; small ones bring the conversation. Streamers with 2,000+ viewers delivered 40.1% of our Twitch viewer minutes, while streamers with 25 to 99 viewers got 318% more chat messages per viewer hour.
  • What happens after. In 2026 campaigns we followed for 30 days after the paid streams ended, 18% of sponsored streamers came back to the game without being paid.

How to choose a gaming agency

Every agency on this list can put creators on your game. The difference is in what happens before and after the stream, and that’s where your questions should go. Start with your goal. A launch week needs reach and timing. A live service game needs creators who come back every season. A mobile game needs installs and spend you can trace. Then ask each agency how they would solve that specific job, instead of what they’ve done for someone else.

Our own overview of creator marketing for games covers the basics if you’re new to this. It helps to know the vocabulary before the first call.

Questions to ask before you sign

Do you play the game? You can’t market what you don’t play. An agency that has spent time in your game writes a better brief and picks better creators.

How do you pick creators? Follower counts are the least useful number on a channel. Ask what they look at instead: which games the creator actually plays, how long viewers stay, where those viewers live and how the creator performed in earlier campaigns.

How did your creators perform against what you expected? Any agency can show its best case. Ask how its typical creator did against the estimate it gave the client at booking.

What will I see while the campaign runs? Live data during streams beats a PDF a month later. Ask to see the dashboard or portal, not a screenshot of it.

How fast do creators get paid? It sounds like a creator problem, but it’s yours too. Creators who get paid quickly come back for the next campaign. At Wehype it’s 3 banking days.

Can we test first? A small test group before the full budget goes out tells you which concept works. Agencies that can launch fast make this easy. We’ve launched campaigns in as little as 2 days.

What happens after the campaign? A paid stream is a start. The real win is creators who keep playing your game without a contract. Ask how the agency follows up, and look at our creator programs and live ops pages for how we think about it.

Match the agency to your game

Platform matters as much as channel. A mobile game runs on a calendar of events and updates, so the agency needs tracking for installs and spend built in from day one. PC and console launches revolve around one big moment, and indie teams on Steam often get more from many small creators than a few big ones. For the big day itself, see our game launch guide.

Watch out for

Be careful with any agency that only shows reach, never cost per hour or cost per install. Be careful with creator lists that look like they came from a search tool with no filter for what those creators actually play. And ask for real cases with named games, like the ones on our stories page, rather than anonymous screenshots.

Finally, ask how they’ll prove it worked. Our ROI guide shows what we report on, and our platform page shows where you see it.

If you want to see how Wehype would approach your game, get in touch. Tell us the goal, the markets and the date, and we’ll come back with a plan.

Questions we get

What does a gaming creator marketing agency do?

It finds the creators whose viewers fit your game, agrees the deal, briefs them, checks that the content goes out as agreed and reports what it delivered. The good ones also play your game first, so the brief points creators at the moment worth showing.

Most agencies cover Twitch, YouTube and TikTok. Some add paid media, esports or a platform you can use yourself.

How much does a gaming creator campaign cost?

It depends on the creators, the markets, how many hours or videos you buy and the format. A launch with the biggest channels in three regions costs very differently from a long tail campaign with hundreds of small streamers.

Ask each agency to start from your goal and show you the creator mix your budget buys, with the cost per hour or per thousand views they expect.

Should I pick a gaming specialist or a general creator agency?

A games specialist knows which creators actually play your genre and how viewers behave on Twitch and YouTube. A broad agency can be the better fit if your game is one part of a larger brand plan across many categories.

Should creators be big or small?

Usually a mix. In our Twitch campaigns from 2024 to 2026, streamers with 2,000+ viewers were 5.5% of the streamers we booked and delivered 40.1% of the viewer minutes. Per viewer, streamers with 25 to 99 viewers got 318% more chat messages and 172% more link clicks.

Integration or dedicated video on YouTube: which is better?

It depends on the goal. In our YouTube campaigns from 2023 to 2026, integrations got 311% more views per subscriber than dedicated videos, while dedicated videos got 206% more clicks per thousand views. Integrations win reach; dedicated videos win clicks and conversation.

What is the Twitch Sponsorship Dashboard?

It's the place inside Twitch where streamers see sponsorship offers and accept them. Wehype is an official Twitch partner, so our campaigns can appear there, and streamers who match your targeting opt in with a couple of clicks.

Does Twitch work for mobile games?

It can, with the right streamers. Viewers watch on one screen and install on the phone in their hand, so a QR code on stream or a chatbot link is one step from a download. For Brawl Stars, viewer minutes on Twitch landed 97%+ over target.

Pick streamers who already play mobile games. In our data, mobile games drew a median 13% below the streamer's expected audience on Twitch, against 12% above for other games.

Is TikTok good for PC and console games, or only mobile?

Both. Mobile games get the shortest path from video to install. PC and console games use TikTok for trailers, reveals and clips from longer streams. For The Stone of Madness we ran TikTok next to Twitch, YouTube and Instagram so each channel did a different job.

How do I measure a gaming creator campaign?

Agree the goal before anything goes live. Viewer minutes, peak concurrent viewers and cost per hour suit Twitch. Views and watch time suit YouTube. For installs, wishlists or sales, every creator needs their own link or code so you can see who drove what.

Judge the campaign, not single posts. In our campaigns the top 10% of creators delivered a median 37% of the viewer minutes on Twitch and 41% of the views on YouTube.
