Join giveaways, use creator codes and buy games from the creators you follow. Here's how each one works, with answers to the questions players ask most.

Win in-game rewards while you watch
When a creator you watch hits a streaming milestone, rewards are given out automatically to random giveaway participants. They're in-game items, so they land right in your game.
- Open the creator's Wehype Community Page and sign in with Twitch.
- Click Join Giveaway before the next milestone is reached.
- If you win, you'll hear by email, on your profile and on the creator's rewards page.
- Claim your reward within 4 days. It usually arrives within 3 days.

How do giveaways work?
When a streamer hits certain milestones, rewards are automatically given to random participants. Winners are notified by email, on their profile and directly on the creator's rewards page.
Join before a milestone is reached for a chance to win. New viewers can still take part in upcoming giveaways.
To get started, sign in with Twitch and click Join Giveaway.
What if I miss the claim deadline?
You must claim your reward within 4 days. If you don't, it's forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
Check your email regularly to avoid missing out, and don't forget to check your spam folder.
When will I receive the reward I've won?
Once you've claimed your reward, it will usually be delivered within 3 days.
To see what you've won, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select My Rewards.
Can I win the same item more than once?
You can win something at every milestone. Items you can only own once, such as cosmetics, can be won only once per person, since the game can't deliver them to you again.
Support a creator when you buy in games
In games with Creator Codes, you can back a creator every time you shop. Use their code or link, and they earn a share of what you spend. It never costs you anything extra.
- Find your creator's code in their streams, videos or posts.
- Enter it in the game's store when you buy something, or use their link.
- Your purchase is credited to the creator, and they earn a share of it.

Buy games from the creators you follow
Creators can have their own store on their Wehype Community Page. You get an official key for the game, the creator earns on every sale, and you choose how much of the price goes to them. While the creator is playing the game, you can unlock a discount on it.
- Pick a game in the creator's store and choose how much of the price goes to them.
- Check out as a guest, or sign in with Twitch to keep your keys in My Library.
- Get your key by email or in My Library, and redeem it on the platform it names, such as Steam, Epic Games Store or GOG.
Creator Store questions
Do I need to sign in with Twitch to make a purchase?
No. You can check out as a guest, and we'll email your activation code to the address you give at checkout.
Signing in with Twitch instead keeps your keys in My Library, so you can always find them again, and lets the creator see that you supported them.
How do I redeem my key?
Your key names the platform it redeems on, such as Steam, Epic Games Store or GOG. Redeem it there and the game is added to your library.
